The Purchasing Department has announced that five Temple University interactive paper forms have been converted to electronic format and are available through TUmarketplace. The following new forms can be found via the "Showcased Services" box on the TUmarketplace homepage, or in the"Shared Organization Forms" folder on the "Forms" tab:
One of the system's major benefits is that its workflow approval process ensures that all appropriate approvals and FOAPALs are obtained before the form can be routed to the respective department for processing. This enables employees to monitor the status of their form submission.
The new TUmarketplace forms should be used in place of paper forms.
