Temple Law student shares thoughts on human rights

In light of the Supreme Court's recent marriage equality ruling, Beasley School of Law student Aaron James Spencer shares his thoughts on the nature of human rights.

In an op-ed for NewsWorks.org, Beasley School of Law student Aaron James Spencer, Class of 2016, writes about the basic nature of human rights in light of the Supreme Court’s recent marriage equality ruling. In his view, human rights are inherent to U.S. citizens and “are not up for a vote.”
