To that end, the university has established the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership (IDEAL) at Tuttleman Learning Center as a safe space on campus where students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community are empowered to share and learn from diverse perspectives. Areas include the Center for Anti-Racism, an interfaith center, a gender and sexuality inclusion center as well as resources focused on Title IX, equal opportunity compliance, education, strategic partnerships, intercultural engagement and more.
