Mass Media and Communications student Satarupa Dasgupta, has accepted a New York University Postdoctoral and Transition Program for Academic Diversity Fellowship. Fellowship recipients are hosted by different departments/schools of NYU; Satarupa will serve as an assistant professor and faculty fellow at the NYU College of Nursing, where she will conduct research on sexual health behavior and risk reduction communication starting in Fall 2011.
