Temple University appoints Jeffrey D. Henderer, M.D., professor and chair of ophthalmology

Jeffrey D. Henderer, M.D., has been appointed professor and chair of ophthalmology at the Temple University School of Medicine and Temple University Hospital. He joins Temple from the Wills Eye Institute, where he was assistant surgeon on the Glaucoma Service, and Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, where he was assistant professor of ophthalmology.

memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association for Research and Vision in Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, the International Society of Spaeth Fellows, the American Eye Study Club and the Delaware Academy of Ophthalmology.
