Coping with the real world after reality TV

Reality TV is as popular as ever, and there is no shortage of people willing to expose their lives to the public. But when the cameras are turned off and people return to the real world, some people have trouble coping — a few have even committed suicide. It's not surprising to psychologist Frank Farley. After being in a reality TV show, participants "go back home to the old ways of things and the old life and that type of personality doesn't work anymore," he said.
