Intensive, once-a-week workout plan helps build strength, muscle

A new, once-a-week workout promises maximum results by targeting specific groups of muscles using negative resistance training. Rick Nissley of Temple's School of Medicine believes in this system for strength training, but he insists you should still do "cardio" you if you want to lose weight, and should always check with your doctor before beginning workout routine. "If you do [this] type of workout, I would say that you will see increased strength and some increased muscle."
