Who will be voting this Tuesday?

The big question on the eve of our primary elections is not so much who's going to win, but who will come out to the polls. Voter turnout is expected at anywhere from 10 to 15 percent. "I'd like to be able to say 'I'm shocked and surprised,' but this is not that unusual in a primary where the top of the ticket is not seen as a hotly-contested race," said Temple historian David Farber, an avid follower of local politics. "Those voters who do turn out are going to have a lot of influence."
