In an encouraging trend, the number of people moving into Philadelphia has increased since 1993, according to a new report by Pew Charitable Trusts' Philadelphia Research Initiative. At the same time, the number of people moving out of the city remains greater than the influx. But the hemorrhage of residents is slowing.
