Faced with declining state support, some colleges are also cutting costs. At Temple, "we actually are implementing a $37-million reduction in the operating budget this year" in order to keep undergraduate base tuition flat, said Temple Executive Vice President for Financial Affairs, CFO and Treasurer Anthony Wagner in part four.
