Martha Madigan, a professor in the Tyler School of Art, opened a new summer exhibit at the Children's Museum of Manhattan.  The exhibit, titled "Summer Snow?," features photographs of melting snowmen and "snowmen" made of sand, or "sand wahine," as they are known in Hawaiian tradition.  The exhibit runs through September 13.
