Here’s everything you need to know to get your technology needs met on campus or off.

Inside OWLtech, there are Apple Mac computers on a table, and other technology gadgets are lining the wall.

Located in Pearson Hall on North Broad Street, OWLtech is a place everyone in the Temple community needs to know about. It’s your one-stop shop for all of your technology needs. The staff at OWLtech can support you through every step of your device’s journey, from buying to repairing to trading in to recycling. They are currently open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday by appointment, and accept a limited number of walk-ins.

Need a new device?
OWLtech understands that students face financial challenges and wants to make all of their devices affordable for all college students. OWLtech carries Apple, Dell and Lenovo products on their website and they are priced with educational discounts both online and in store. Students, faculty and alumni can all benefit from this discount. The store also carries accessories for those devices, both Apple-branded and third-party equivalents. You can pay with debit, credit or even Diamond Dollars (psst—your parents can add money to your Diamond Dollar account)!

Frustrating technology issues, begone!
OWLtech can troubleshoot issues you may have with your wireless access or installing antivirus software on your device. And soon, you won’t have to worry about the stress of making an appointment at the Apple store anymore—OWLtech is going to be Apple certified and will be able to do hardware repairs (follow @tuowltech on Instagram for updates on their Apple certification). Currently, OWLtech offers virtual consultations, so whether you are an out-of-state student living with your parents or you’re living off campus, OWLtech can still help you.

Trade in and trade up
At OWLtech, you can also trade in your old devices and get an evaluation of your traded-in product in minutes. You can use that evaluation as store credit to purchase another item at that moment or to get a gift card that doesn’t expire. You never know when you will have to buy new earbuds or get your laptop repaired, so a gift card could definitely come in handy.

Reduce, reuse, recycle!
OWLtech partners with the Computer Recycling Center (CRC) to make sure your trade-in doesn’t go to waste. The CRC gathers unwanted computers and other electronic equipment and disposes the materials in a sustainable manner.

Even if OWLtech staff members can’t solve your problem, they’ll send you on the right path. These technology gurus are there to support the Temple community and are eager to find a solution that best fits your needs. Book an appointment online or call 215-204-6958 to see how they can help you.
