In preparation for the Alter Hall dedication ceremony, on Monday, April 20, there will be no debit card parking available in Area #2 and #9. Registered Area #2 and #9 debit card parkers will be able to access the Temple Towers and Liacouras Garage by displaying their valid parking hangtag and swiping their OWLcard. Those debit card parkers registered for handicapped parking will still be able to access Area #2 and #9 with a valid OWLcard and hangtag.
