This week, Temple University's School of Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) joined the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau in announcing PHL Welcomes U!, a free, online educational program that trains hospitality representatives in areas such as active listening and communication skills; connecting with guests and neighbors; and embracing, managing and celebrating diversity. STHM sponsored the program's diversity module, We the People.
