James Lammendola, instructor of legal studies at the Fox School of Business, Vanessa Lawrence, associate professor of legal studies at the Fox School of Business, and Kathy Daer-Bannon, instructor of legal studies at the Fox School of Business, presented at the Mid-Atlantic Region Meeting of the American Legal Studies Academy during the weekend of April 19, at Pierce College in Philadelphia. Lammendola’s presentation, which was co-authored with Michael Valenza, assistant professor of legal studies, was titled “Insiders in Bankruptcy: Expanding the Scope of Non-Statutory Insiders.” Lawrence’s presentation was on “Teaching a Sensitive Topic,” and Daer-Bannon’s presentation was on the “Class Action Fairness Act of 2005.”
