Temple to join University Innovation Alliance
Dear Colleagues,
As we continue to prioritize our work around student success, we have an exciting update to share. Temple University has accepted an invitation to join the University Innovation Alliance (UIA), a leading national coalition of public research universities founded by 11 institutions and now with 18 members, including Temple. This continues the drumbeat of positive news for the university as just two weeks ago, Temple was named a top producer of Fulbrights for the fifth time.
UIA is a multi-university collaborative committed to ensuring every student can graduate and contribute to America’s economic competitiveness. Universities can join the alliance by invitation only, and only one university per state is selected.
Temple’s affiliation with this prestigious organization is a testament to the university’s mission and continued commitment to meeting students where they are. It is also a direct reflection of the tireless work that you—Temple’s dedicated faculty and staff members—pursue every single day.
We invite you to learn more about UIA and the opportunity it represents for Temple in this Temple Now piece.
We look forward to the important work ahead as we join our peers in UIA.
Sincerely,
John Fry
