Michael Klein to assume the role of interim dean at the College of Science and Technology

Michael Klein, Laura H. Carnell Professor of Science and director of the Institute for Computational Molecular Sciences, will assume the role of interim dean at the College of Science and Technology. The post was previously held by Hai-Lung Dai, who is now serving as interim provost.

With a $2.3 million grant from the National Institutes of Health, Temple University public health professors Stephen Lepore and Bradley Collins are leading an innovative program throughout Philadelphia beginning this fall that will tackle the issue of secondhand smoke exposure in children whose parents frequently smoke in their home.
