Some say Jet Blue flight attendant Steven Slater is a hero, others say he went too far. He’s charged with reckless endangerment after letting out a string of obscenities on a plane and then leaving the airplane via the emergency chute. He became angry when a passenger wouldn't stay seated and hit him in the head with their luggage. Frank Farley, a psychologist at Temple University explains that some people are more prone to go over the edge. "There are some people who can take horrendous levels of frustration and turn it around and thrive on all that stress and anxiety and so on. Mr. Slater didn't have the right personality for that job," said Farley.
