Although the fast-and-furious days of eight years ago are gone, the real estate market seems to be slowly recovering. Temple economist William Dunkelberg said the Delaware Valley real estate market didn't suffer as much as other regions. "We didn't have the overbuilding, compared to the South," he said. As for the cure for real estate and the ailing economy in general, Dunkelberg put it this way: "The best stimulus is you put money back in the pockets of the consumers."
