Temple University has revived its TV station, thanks to a $1.2 million gift from philanthropists Kal and Lucille Rudman, and it's getting ready to expand its programming this fall. "We're trying to create a television station that is in many ways a mirror of the kinds of television companies in which our students may work," said General Manager Paul Gluck, associate professor in Temple's School of Communications and Theater. On October first, Temple TV launches a block of eight hours of programming available in Philadelphia on Comcast Channel 50, and soon on Verizon FIOS.
