When it comes to health and wellness, many people think they know what to do. Knowing and doing are not the same, of course, but you've got to start somewhere. Columnist Kimberly Garrison challenged readers to put your knowledge to the test with her health and wellness quiz. She cited Robert Whitaker of Temple's Center for Obesity Research and Education, who said that eating the evening meal at home six to seven days a week, making sure children get 10.5 hours of sleep a night and limiting "screen time" to no more than two hours daily would reduce childhood obesity by 40 percent.
