If you follow the lunch rule and two others – don’t skip meals and keep a food log, you can keep weight off long term according to a new study. “Most of the guidance consumers get is about what they should and shouldn’t eat. I would argue that most people know what to eat. What they don’t get as much help with is the how and this study offers good advice,” said Gary Foster, director of the Center for Obesity Research and Education at Temple.
