In the past fiscal year, Temple University has received nearly $2.5 million — an all-time high — from 24 licensing agreements for technology developed by Temple researchers. That’s up from $1.2 million in licensing revenue from the fiscal year 2010-2011. The increase comes from support from firms like Benjamin Franklin Technology Partners and BioStrategy Partners who have invested $550,000 in Temple over the past year.
