Temple University was the place to be for bicycling enthusiasts on Sunday as its campus was transformed into a bike-racing course. More than 400 cyclists competed in the USAC’s Philadelphia Phlyer, sponsored by the cycling clubs at Temple, Penn and Drexel. Small group races across different skill levels took place throughout the day.
