Small tips to lose weight all day
While it's true that many people are busy throughout their day, there are ways to make time for healthy eating, snacking and exercise. The important thing is to be mindful of what you're eating and how you're exercising. For example: if you've eaten lightly throughout the day, there's no need for a heavy meal at dinnertime. "It doesn't matter when you fuel up; it's how many gallons you put in the tank," says Gary Foster, director of Temple's Center for Obesity Research and Education.
