The Center for Sustainable Communities at Temple University Ambler announced it is developing a storm-water management plan for three urban watersheds. Jeffrey Featherstone, director of Temple’s Center for Sustainable Communities, looked to residents for information on areas impacted most heavily by flooding. He said the information would also help to redefine floodplain maps and develop a new storm ordinance.
