TU Advisory: Graffiti message in Gladfelter Hall men's room

Recent news reports have raised concerns about safety at Temple University. We want to assure you that the safety of the Temple community is our top priority and every effort is being made to keep our students, faculty and staff safe.
Temple Police have been conducting an investigation into a graffiti message that referenced the events of April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School. The graffiti was found in the men's room stall of Gladfelter Hall in March. Temple Police are conducting an investigation and have shared their information with the Philadelphia Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department's Homeland Security Unit, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The investigation into the graffiti message continues. The university will take all necessary action to provide security, including coordination with the city Police Department, their Homeland Security Unit and the FBI. Any actionable information that results from this investigation will be shared with our students, faculty, and staff.
