Big on the screen, even bigger in life

Much like the characters she portrayed in the movies, Elizabeth Taylor lived life to the fullest. From her Oscar-winning performances to her numerous marriages to her involvement in social causes, Taylor embodied what it meant to be a movie star in Hollywood. "Hers was the fully lived life," said Temple educational psychologist Frank Farley. "To me, her life spelled passion. She lived by her heart and died by her heart."
