Danielle Maslany, a broadcast journalism major at Temple, never met Jessica Redfield, a budding young hockey reporter who was killed in the Colorado movie-theater massacre. But as a recently appointed intern in the Flyers' public relations department, Maslany is dedicating her work to Redfield's memory.
She is also indirectly helping the deceased woman's parents as they struggle to accept their loss. Said Maslany, "I want to make her family proud."
