Japan's economic growth has slowed over the past two decades, and it's political system has been dysfunctional. It's government and its people seek reform and recovery but Jeffrey Kingston, director of Asian studies at Temple University's Japan campus, comments that "The problem is, people really don't know what is next. Japan's huge problems are just festering and Japan remains rudderless."
