“Properly placing a U-lock on a bicycle or scooter reduces the likelihood of theft while also making the bike less attractive to opportunistic thieves,” said Vice President for Public Safety Jennifer Griffin.

Fallen Temple University police sergeant will be honored at a plaque dedication on Sunday, the one-year anniversary of his death.
