More than 500 alumni, faculty, staff and friends of Temple volunteered during this year’s Global Days of Service, and more than 3,000 people came together to give a record amount during Temple Toast.
Eight Temple students and graduates have been selected for the distinguished honor that will allow them to pursue research and teaching opportunities internationally.
Temple graduated its largest class in history, with 10,071 students earning degrees from the university’s 17 schools and colleges during the 2018–2019 academic year.
Hikari Hida, a political science and Asian studies major at Temple University Japan, has dedicated her college years to working toward social justice and fighting against sexual assault.
